 At XLNC Presents, we are committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, and professional environment for all members, volunteers, and attendees. This behavioral policy outlines the expectations for everyone involved with our organization to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

You may not list "Works at XLNC Presents" as your workplace in social media bios without prior permission from the director. This is to ensure that our brand is represented consistently and professionally.

No outside alcohol is to be brought into any XLNC Presents event without explicit permission from the director. We have a strict policy to ensure that all events are safe and properly managed.

Treat everyone with respect at all times. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespect will not be tolerated. We value a diverse and inclusive community where all individuals feel welcome.

Any inappropriate or unwanted advances towards others within our organization will be addressed seriously. We are here to build connections and foster creativity, not to create uncomfortable situations.

When wearing XLNC gear, you are representing our organization. Therefore, posting explicit photos or images involving drug paraphernalia while wearing XLNC gear is strictly prohibited. Always be mindful of the image you project.

It is expected that you will engage and interact during events. Being present and involved helps to foster a vibrant community and contributes to the overall success of our events.

All event spaces and venues must be treated with respect. We ask that you leave them in the same or better condition than they were found. This is essential to maintaining our good relationships with venue partners.

During XLNC Presents events, selling products, services, or soliciting donations is not allowed unless you have received express permission. Our events are focused on creativity and connection, and we ask that you respect this focus.

Failure to adhere to these policies may result in removal from events, suspension, or termination of involvement with XLNC Presents. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all and will address any violations accordingly.

All volunteer roles at XLNC Presents are at-will. This means that either the volunteer or XLNC Presents may end the volunteer relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice. We value your contributions but understand that circumstances may change for both the volunteer and the organization.
